Mediation

Tailored mediation services for both pre-litigation mediation and mediation held during the course of Court and Tribunal proceedings. Offering preliminary/induction meetings to assess suitability to mediation, understand objectives, consider and discuss best process, and identify any information that parties may require prior to commencing mediation to ensure mediation is as productive as possible.

Facilitation

Assisting parties who are facing difficult situations or conversations, by giving them the confidence to proceed to the next step, which may include facilitating meetings (agenda setting), reviewing and advising on communications.

Conflict Management

Consulting with advisor and parties to obtain an informed understanding of the conflict, including identifying key objectives, assessing and testing best options and setting strategies for achieving those goals with minimal disruption to business.

Independent Solicitor

Accepting the role of Independent Solicitor for the conduct of Anton Piller/Search Order proceedings.  Including supervision of search, ensuring conformity with Court Orders, preparation of written report to Court, and any necessary attendances at Court.

In-house / Litigation Support

Consulting as legal counsel in-house or contracting to law firms to meet litigation needs.
